No one can be forced to use birth control but I do think that teens should be educated and have it easily available to them if they choose to be sexually active.
I feel as though teenagers, or anyone else for that matter, should not be sexually active unless they are ready to have children. I hold sexuality as a gift for the creation of life, and while I do understand that my stance on this issue is a minority view, I wanted to give you another teenage outlook.
