Pregnant at 24 weeks and have a question about baby’s health?
Hey one of my girl friend wrote to me that her little 7 month old daughter had a stomach virus since Thanksgiving morning. Is this email okay? Here’s what I wrote back to her:

“Oh, I am sorry to hear about her. What may have caused the virus. Can she take any medicine for it, if so what kind? I need to be aware of this stuff.”

Does my response to her sound selfish especially my last sentence of needing to know this stuff? I need to know it cause I am pregnant with my child and will soon be looking at medicines and baby health. She has not replied back tome since then, so I hope she is not mad at me. I mean as much as I care for her and her baby, I have a right to know for my child as well? Virusus and ear infections and fevers are so common in little infants that it’s fine what I asked her in my reply right ladies?
The I need to be aware of this stuff does not sound like she needs to tell me this stuff earlier or something does it? I mean I wrote that line after asking her about medicine for her girl.

My wife is going from US to India with 2.5 month old twins and will stay there for 5 months. She is hardly able to feed babies breat milk due to they being twins and just taking care of them has become a huge challenge for us. She really does not get much time or energy to do that and i can understand that. Are there any infant formulas available there? Could we use anything equivalent to ****** milk there? What is our best bet? Should we take 5 months quota of infant formula from here?
