Has it changed because of the large aging population of the baby boomers? Has it changed to deal with individuals with dementia?

I’m hoping to boost the growth of my baby banana tree. It’s growing fairly well, although I’d like to to progress the growth and help nourish it.
Does anyone have any at home tips that are useful for this type of plant? Or can you recommend a product that will help?

either babies, or babies and their mothers.
I wanted to be a neonatal nurse, but I don’t want to watch a baby die, so what else would be a good choice?

We live in south Austin and are expecting our first child in October. We both work and are looking for a high quality infant care program. Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences with different types of Licensed infant care in Austin, TX? I have been to Austin CitySearch and I there are many conflicting “reviews” about many of the infant programs. We don’t make alot of money, but would pay for a high quality program for our infant…

So, my friend and I are taking care of a Real Care Baby 2. It’ll start crying and screaming and such, but we put the bottle up to it’s lips and it won’t start drinking. We’ve tried everything and if we rock it, it stops crying after a few minutes. What should we do?

Im a nanny who cares for a 16 month old infant. After her nap today she woke up and ate lunch, nothing out of the ordinary, and within 10 minutes she had a white bumpy ‘rash’ on her inner lip. There is a little bit on her top lip too but mostly concentrated to her lower lip. They arent really raised, just slightly, but they are very white and wide, the size of a push pin head. They dont seem to bother her, other than the fact that she cant stop licking her lips. I called the pediatrician and they said just to watch it until tomorrow but I just thought Id see if anyone else has had a common problem! Thanks in advance!

Hi there, does anyone know any good skin care (bath lotion, body wash, shampoo) for a baby with sensitive skin? (my 5 week old son seems to get irritated by Johnson & Johnson bath stuff, Aveeno baby seems to be a little better, but I was hoping to find something maybe organic without alcohol and without tons of random ingredients that are likely irritating his skin).
Thanks in advance!
